Information we gather: The following information is gathered from our website visitors: IP address, user account information when applicable, site visitation information, page views, browsers used and browser capabilities and site search queries. We also collect and retain any information submitted to our organization via the contact and other forms located in the site.
Use of information: We use the information we collect on the site to enhance your visitor experience. Our information is not shared with any parties outside of Neill Technologies and its parent company, Neill Corporation. SalonBiz.com makes use of Google Analytics for site traffic reporting.
Access to information: Your personal information is accessible only by designated Neill Technologies employees including sales, training, support and administrative staff. In limited cases, personal information may be visible to our designated web service provider, but that information is only related to site functionality. No individual account information such as payment history, billing information or other sensitive information is stored on this site or accessible by any third party.
Security measures: To safeguard your personal information, we have implemented secure page logins and locked user accounts to email addresses so that any attempt to access login information cannot be sent to non-authorized parties.
Your browser settings may allow you to block these cookies, but we recommend you have them enabled to help us personalize your experience of our website.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests may be requested to provide a credit card to reserve an appointment with Rain the Salon and Day Spa®. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule, and we kindly ask for 24 hours notice for any change to a single service and 72 hours notice for any change to multiple services, spa packages and group services. If for any reason you do not show or cancel within the day of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge payment in full for the cost of future service appointments.
Guests of Rain the Day Spa must be 18 years of age or older. Guests between the ages of 14 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please let our Reservationist know if you are pregnant, have any special medical conditions or are under doctor's care.
Rain the Salon and Day Spa reserves the right to void a gift certificate if the guest does not show for the booked reservation(s). Splitting a ‘spa package’ gift certificate may result in forfeiting the lunch that is provided with the all day packages. Gift Certificates sold for spa package amounts are only good for one year (from purchase) at the discounted rate, after that they are worth the dollar amount that was initially paid. Rain reserves the right to increase service and product prices without notice.
You will want to schedule services in advance to ensure desired reservation times. Please provide 24 hours cancellation notice. ‘No-showing’ any service reserved with a gift certificate will result in full forfeiture of services booked (along with requirement of reserving future reservations with a credit card).
To be as available as possible to all of our guests, we ask that you kindly give at least 24 hours notice in the event that you need to cancel your reservation. Should a reservation be cancelled within 24 hours, you will be asked to reserve your next visit with a credit card. Should you have to cancel within the noted time frame a second time, a fee of 50% of booked services will be applied.
To make sure our team is on time and has adequate time for each guest, we ask that you arrive on time for your reservation. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time, you will be asked to reschedule for a time convenient for you. Please know that this rescheduled reservation will be considered a cancellation and noted policy guidelines will be followed.
We regret that a late arrival for your spa reservation will deprive you of valuable treatment time. Should you arrive later than expected, you may experience shortened service times. Please allow for a 5-15 minute transition between each service.
As a courtesy, we confirm all reservations (by email, phone call, or text) one business day prior to services scheduled. Please update your contact information with a member of our Reservation Team as needed. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for inability to contact anyone.
Gift certificates for spa services and spa retail items are an ideal year-round gift for any special occasion. Inquire at the reservation desk for current packages, services/products offered, and pricing.
As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon. Because we use hot electric appliances & sharp implements it is imperative that children be supervised to ensure their safety.
All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees. Considering that all services are individually priced and there are several levels of stylists, please request a total price prior to receiving services.
Group or special occasion reservations should be scheduled well in advance to ensure availability. Celebrate any special event with your own private spa party. Our spa staff will help you create the spa event of your dreams. Availability and pricing vary. (Please contact Holly McCready at email@example.com to plan your event)
We request that you refrain from cell phone and pager use while visiting the spa. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation time.
Arrive as you wish. A robe and slippers will be provided upon your arrival. You will be professionally draped during your treatment to ensure modesty and comfort.
Please inform us of any medical or other special needs that require our attention. For your safety and well being, we highly discourage excessive alcohol consumption prior to any massage treatments, immediate sun exposure following skin care therapy and shaving after exfoliating treatments.
Take the spa experience home with you. The most advanced skin care products by Dermalogica used in all of our skin treatments, professional hair & body care by Paul Mitchell, OPI nail care, and our luxurious spa robes are available to you for purchase. Our salon & spa professionals will match your needs with the products best suited for you.
Lunches may be ordered for delivery during your visit. (If you are experiencing a spa package, your lunch may be included) Our lunch menu includes local restaurants in our downtown area. Please notify our reservationist upon your arrival if you desire to make an order.
