Rain is well-stocked with disinfectants, sanitizers and cleaning supplies.  We are following a rigorous cleaning schedule to ensure all surfaces and touch points are disinfected on a regular basis.

Because of the limited number of guests we will be allowed to take, Rain will be adhering strictly to our 24-hour cancellation policy and service fees will be applied before another reservation can be booked.  Please see sick policy for cancellations made because of illness.

We will follow all mandates and guidelines of social distancing.  All team members and guests will be required to wear a mask and wash hands upon entry of the business.  Hand sanitizer will be supplied throughout the salon & spa.

If you are immune compromised or of a mature age, you may request your services be done in a special secluded area of Rain where only you and your stylist are present.  Please contact us ASAP as availability is very limited.

Cancellation fees will be waived for those who are sick or are showing Covid-19 symptoms.  However, please be advised that we will not book your reservation earlier that 4 weeks past the cancelled date in order to ensure safety of our team and other guests.
